Miro

The most widely adopted collaborative whiteboard, with heavy facilitation and template support.

Definition

An infinite canvas with voting, timers, private mode, frameworks and a large template library. Strong for facilitated workshops with many participants and for research synthesis at scale.

Craft convention. True because the industry converged on it. Breaking it costs familiarity, not correctness.

Good for

  • Large workshops
  • Research synthesis
  • Cross-functional planning
